Education, according to Vedas, is an all round development of a person - physical, mental, emotional, pshchic and spiritual. The cordial relationship that existed between the society and the students in Vedic times helpd in the full realization of the goals of education. Hence the "Gurukul" System of education which was borne during that time has been effectively emulated in LPS with utmost care. Students, here, live together with the spirit of fraternity and charity which enable them to build up a value based personality and living style. Community Service is an integral part in the life of every LPS student. The students along with Staff Members visit Orphanages in the neighbourhood and do charity activities for the inmates, distribute clothes, books, fruits and eatables. Our students regularly help the Government Public Health Care Centre at Bahal in the Pulse Polio Drive and in the Eye Camp at Manav Kalyan Hospital. Thus it helps the child to remain attached to its roots, develop love and care for the people at large.
